[jira] [Created] (CAY-2095) Unconditionally create default DataNode if a node is not present

Andrus Adamchik created CAY-2095:
------------------------------------

Summary: Unconditionally create default DataNode if a node is not present
                 Key: CAY-2095
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAY-2095
             Project: Cayenne
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Andrus Adamchik
            Assignee: Andrus Adamchik

ServerRuntimeBuilder uses SyntheticNodeDataDomainProvider whenever we override default DataNode loading sequence either with JDBC properties or an explicit DataSource.

I think it makes sense to create default DataNode implicitly unconditionally. So SyntheticNodeDataDomainProvider should be simply merged to the superclass.
