Procedure to contribute in the documentation project

How I can contribute to the community through the OOo project documentation? Because the on-site https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/ 
Guides mentions, but does not mention the procedure.

If you haven't read it yet I strongly suggest the Documentation
Orientation page at Documentation Page:
http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/intro-doc.html. It will
hopefully answer the basics of your questions.
