SVG Dissappointment

Hi Cocooners,

Just got a hold of Adobe LiveMotion 1.0 release.

Does not appear to include SVG export as the rumours said it would.

Guess I'll have to wait for the interactive SVG functionality rumoured to
be in Illustrator 9 =(

Hope this helps.

regards Jeremy

Jeremy,

SVG remains stuck in its second last call period.
Presumably, the delays in finalizing the spec messed up the
LiveMotion product plans.

Check out the info at the W3C's SVG site,
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Overview.htm8

"Adobe announced Illustrator 9 with SVG export. Advances
over the SVG export from Illustrator 8 include
transparency, hyperlinking and javaScript support. More
details on the Adobe site. An update to the Adobe SVG
browser plugin, Active-X control and Adobe Illustrator 8
export plugin is also announced, updating support to the 3
 March working draft."

Cheers,
KC
