[users@httpd] Generating updated manuals

Does anyone know how to generate updated html.var files from the modules
xml files?
For example.  I need to get changes in docs/manual/mod/mod_ldap.xml to
be added to docs/manual/mod/mod_ldap.html.en.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
