Distributed repository

HiHo!

I don't know wether this is an old one but is it possible to use
Subversion with a distributed repository?
I've have two different locations with slow legacy links between them.
Now I want to setup two repositories for faster access. Does Subversion
provide any mechanisms for such a setup? Do you see a change/concept for
such a setup?

Thanks
Markus

I've not used it myself, but it sounds like you want to look at SVK
<http://svk.elixus.org/>, which is layered on top of Subversion.
