Closing bugs

Hey all,

I learned today that most of you who have a JIRA account 
can only close their own, but no other issues.

If you wish to help with the effort of cleaning out reports,
please let us know here (or open an issue in JIRA, heh) so we
can grant you the right permissions.

So far only committers can close all issues.

The first to take the stage (via IRC) is Sam Bisbee. Welcome
Sam and thanks!

Who else would like to step up? :)
