[PR] chore: recommend --force-with-lease when updating PR branches [datafusion-comet]

## Which issue does this PR close?
Closes #5861.
## Rationale for this change
Reduce the risk of accidentally overwriting another maintainer's commits when multiple people update the same PR branch.
## What changes are included in this PR?
- Update the contributor guide and `AGENTS.md` to use `git push` for normal updates and `git push --force-with-lease` when a force push is needed.
- Advise inspecting and integrating remote changes if the lease check rejects the push, rather than bypassing it with `--force`.
- Link the agent instructions to the contributor guide.
