   This is happening because of the event listeners [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/blob/master/superset/models/core.py#L1280) right? I don't know the feature very well, can we put these behind the feature flag and create a script in cli to update the tagged_object table if someone wants to turn the feature on in the future? @betodealmeida
