[jira] [Reopened] (YUNIKORN-1553) Queue max metrics are not available

Wilfred Spiegelenburg reopened YUNIKORN-1553:
---------------------------------------------

I found that we have at least on place in the queue metrics that still checks for isLeaf().

We should fix that last point so we have all the metrics.

> We have metrics for real-time allocations of each leaf queue, but the max capacity metrics are not available. Max capacity of a queue can be modified via REST APIs, scheduler ConfigMap etc and the metric tracking the max value should automatically reflect the change.
