Tranlsation question - "go into child control for more operations"?

I don't understand that: "Please press enter to go into child control 
for more operations"

I go into child (descendant) control by pressing Enter? That child 
control contains some more options? Maybe that child control is some 
group of inputs (and not a single input)? Why not just call it a group?

I need some clue :-)
