While working on [Groovy DSL native support](https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/4379), I realized that even in JVM mode, the Groovy extensions defined in [Camel](https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/main/dsl/camel-groovy-dsl/camel-groovy-dsl-common/src/main/resources/META-INF/services/org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.ExtensionModule) are not taken into account.
After a deeper analysis, it appears that it is due to the fact that groovy [is defined in Quarkus core as a parent first artifact](https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/blob/main/core/runtime/pom.xml#L185-L187) so the Extensions are registered using the Application CL while during the tests they are expected to be registered using the Quarkus CL (same classes loaded with 2 different CLs that are finally seen as 2 different classes).

The problem happens in Test mode only and Groovy 4 is needed to fix it
