Database format

Dear all,
I am trying subversion on CVSdude. And there are 2 options for the database.
-----
 Select backend database
  Berkeley DB
  File System
----
Which one is more stable? Or what are advantages of each one?
Also the opinions about CVSdude.com are welcome.
