Getting String With ISO Charset

Hy,

I've tried a lot of thing but I never suced to get all french caracters 
from my Excell File :(

I mean I try with UTF-8, ISO, Windows But every time I've got things 
like "?" or strange characters :(


Hope someone has already find a solution ;)
