Making WebMacro optional like FreeMarker

Hi,

Castor is now optional in the turbine build, so along the same line
what do people think of trying to make as much optional as possible.
To start I'd like to make WebMacro optional and add the necessary
bits to the build as there are for freemarker. I'm 1) for slimming
down the lib/jars and 2) i would definitely like to encourage
the use of velocity over webmacro/freemarker/jsp.

The *only* thing that I'm afraid of here is that people will get the
"impression" that Turbine only supports one template system. While
personally, you know that I am only interested in Velocity, I do not want
Turbine to give off the vibe that it only supports Velocity because that
will limit the number of people who consider Turbine. I know this is a
totally stupid thing, but that is how people tend to work. :-(
