Avalon LogKit
Gang,
Since Leif added a feature to LogKit and forced a bump to 2.1, is there
anything else we should be adding at the same time?
Otherwise, we should start looking into making a release of it (Release Often,
Release Early).

The change is limited to the SMTP log target factory which is not
currently used in the Avalon Logging system - so really nothing to hold
up a release.
