Downloaded several apache win32 binaries, unpacked the package, started apache, is OK, stopped apache, OK, uncommented Loadmodule modules/ApacheModuleProxy.dll,
start apache, it the reports:

Cannot load p:/apache-1.3.9/modules/ApacheModuleProxy.dll into server:

Tried several apache-versions, all the same result. logfiles show nothing
