[PR] Migrate surefire-its fixture from maven-verifier to maven-executor (3.5.x) [maven-surefire]
slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #3485:

maven-verifier is deprecated (apache/maven-verifier#186); this replaces the surefire-its fixture's `Verifier` wrapper with one built on `org.apache.maven.executor:maven-executor:1.0.0`. Ports #3484 to the `surefire-3.5.x` maintenance line.
`maven-executor`'s embedded launcher handles Maven 4 correctly, so no forced-fork workaround is needed for embedded execution.
Verified: `mvn -B -pl surefire-its verify -Prun-its -Dit.test='Surefire1602IT,WorkingDirectoryIT,JUnitPlatformEnginesIT,Surefire772NoFailsafeReportsIT,MultiModuleProjectWithJPMSIT'` → 86 tests, 0 failures.
