OpenNLP 1.6.0 RC 6 ready for testing

RC 6 is ready for testing. No changes in the source code were introduced in
this RC.

A small issue while building RC 5 caused the Jira report to be empty.
Repeating the build fixed the issue.

The RC 6 can be downloaded from here:
http://people.apache.org/~colen/releases/opennlp-1.6.0/rc6/

To use it in a maven build set the version for opennlp-tools or
opennlp-uima to 1.6.0 and add the following URL to your settings.xml file:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheopennlp-1005
