Mysql database
That "ofbiz.visual_theme database is not available" is what I get when
configure ofbiz with mysql.What should i do

What url are you trying?
What version of ofbiz are you using?
Have you installed the demo or seed data?
If you have just installed seed and not demo data, try using the ofbizsetup
