A problem in kewl whiteboard

Dear Sir,

I have read about the Kewl web site and I was interested in run that site to 
investigate some of its funcitonality. I noticed that this site has a 
whiteboard and i was interested in running this whiteboard so I followed the 
instruction of running whiteboard functionality provided in install.txt and 
install_tomcat.txt
and hence I have installled the following exe's successfully:

1- j2sdk-1_3_1_07-windows-i586.exe
2- jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18.exe

After that i went through the specified configuration in the 
install_tomcat.txt to get it running. I then logged into kewl localwebsite 
and tried to examine the chat function. Unfortunately a new window open with 
only the following message:
"Do not close this window or leave this page whilst you are using the 
whiteboard.
Please wait while the Applet is loading... " and nothing else.

I have investegated the log file and i have noticed that it contains the 
following information:
