compiler warning
The changes for MessageFactory2 now give the following warnings. I think we
should fix these.
[WARNING]
E:\vcs\git\apache\logging\logging-log4j2\log4j-api\src\main\java\org\apache\logging\log4j\status\StatusLogger.java:[45,13]
[unchecked] getMessageFactory() in AbstractLogger implements
<MF>getMessageFactory() in Logger
[WARNING] return type requires unchecked conversion from MessageFactory2
to MF
where MF is a type-variable:
MF extends MessageFactory declared in method <MF>getMessageFactory()
E:\vcs\git\apache\logging\logging-log4j2\log4j-api\src\main\java\org\apache\logging\log4j\simple\SimpleLogger.java:[37,7]
[unchecked] getMessageFactory() in AbstractLogger implements
<MF>getMessageFactory() in Logger
[WARNING] return type requires unchecked conversion from MessageFactory2
to MF
where MF is a type-variable:
MF extends MessageFactory declared in method <MF>getMessageFactory()

Probably a good old @SuppressWarnings("unchecked") should do it.
