There are already some tests in SqlOperatorTest.testFloorFuncInterval but they are not executed because of "!f.brokenTestsEnabled()"

I could not find a matching issue, though.

There's a convertlet which implements some operations but only for INTERVAL literals, the result will be wrong for non-literals.
