Hi [~shreymehrotra],
Ranger allows multiple repository creation by design.  For example, one might have multiple HDFS/Hive installations, e.g. in multi-tenant or test/production, main/archive, setups, etc..  Can you please elaborate your use case to help me appreciate your issue better?
