[jira] [Updated] (SAMZA-1513) Doc updates for Windows and joins with durable state

Jagadish updated SAMZA-1513:
----------------------------
    Description:
- The website needs to be updated with examples for using Windows and Joins with durable state.

- Additionally, we should do a pass for stale docs, and update them to reflect the current 0.14 release. Often, stale / inaccurate docs that don't evolve with code result in confusion to external users.

- The following pages will need changes:
http://samza.apache.org/learn/tutorials/latest/hello-samza-high-level-code.html
https://samza.apache.org/startup/preview/
