Add Boilerpipe support to Tika usage
------------------------------------

                 Key: SOLR-2250
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-2250
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Grant Ingersoll
            Priority: Minor

This version of Tika ships with Boilerpipe, which can be used to strip off boilerplate content from HTML. We should see what is involved with letting a user configure this in their app.
