has two sub-folders that differ only in case: DicOOo/ and dicooo/. DicOOo/ has
no content and could be deleted?
The duplicate names prevent check-out to platforms having case-insensitive file
systems.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
