Adding information in httpd-ldap README

Hi,

i run apache 2.0.40 on RedHat 7.3 x86


when i compile with configure --with-ldap --enable-ldap
-enable-auth-ldap
the apr-util can't find the -lldap but the right lib is at the right
place

if i compile with configure --with-ldap --with-ldap-lib=/usr/lib 
--with-ldap-include=/usr/include --enable-ldap --enable-auth-ldap
it works...
but i can't find this options in documentations files.

so it should be cool to add this options in the README of httpd-ldap.
