Update the GitHub Actions workflow for deploying the Apache Arrow website to the `arrow-site/asf-site` branch to dynamically compute the default Git branch name.

The main file that will need updating is [.github/workflows/deploy.yml](https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/blob/d99e3012a95be3d6f89d8f2cf849516154ae144e/.github/workflows/deploy.yml).
