[Proposal] Rename contracts and structurer in dispatcher

Hi all,

I would like to rename all contracts (till now *.ft) to *.contract.xml
and all structurer (till now *.fv) to *.structurer.xml.

If one still want to use the old naming you just need to implement:
<property name="dispatcher.theme-ext" value=".fv"/>
<property name="dispatcher.fallback.theme-ext" value=".fv"/>
<property name="dispatcher.contract-ext" value=".ft"/>
