[jira] [Updated] (ROL-2024) Update Roller website to use Bootstrap

Glen Mazza updated ROL-2024:
----------------------------

    Attachment: roller-bootstrap.tar.gz

Proposed starter bootstrap-based website for us. To see, uncompress the archive into a directory on your local machine and click on the index.html page from there. As with the current website, many pages link to our Wiki or external 3rd party sites, no changes there. Three of the pages (Who We Are, Downloads, and Edit Website) just point back to our current website, but those three will be switched to standard HTML pages using the Bootstrap theme.
