[users@httpd] Reloading of CRL w/out restarting apache?

Does 2.x support dynamic refreshing of CRLs?  It seems with the a dozen or so commercial CAs out there, 
each one having different CRL publishing dates, it would be a bear to have to  restart each server upon updating CRL, especially
if there's a farm of multiple Apache servers.
