Struts + Orion 1.4.0 Exception on Startup

Hello,

I am trying to deploy struts-example (latest nightly build) on Orion 1.4.0.
I have deployed the example as a WAR file into the default orion app.  Does
anyone know how to fix this startup error?

Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
