Minute '60' in the syslog

Hello,
I found this syslog entry a few times recently:

Jul 16 23:02:25 mond spamd[4500]: Minute '60' out of range 0..59 at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.4/Mail/SpamAssassin/Util.pm line 429

What does this mean?

Using SA 3.1.1 on Debian Linux 3.1.

That means that the 60 is not within the range 0..59
and that some perl module can't handle switch-seconds.
