Documentation

Hi all,

Actually maven-scm site is very poor.

Are you volunteers to write some docs?

We need :
- explanations of scm commands
- developer guide for implementation of a new provider
- developer guide for using maven-scm-api with/without plexus
- some faqs (like CVSNT login)
- ...

I'm willing to add some documentation, because I want to get to know how to
do it. Where is the source code of the site now?
