targeted builds in Gump

Is there any way to target a specific output in Gump?

What I mean is this:

- build all projects' binaries
- build all projects' documentation

could be two different use cases you might want to perform. From what I
understand, right now you can only ever invoke one, specific, target on a
project (typically, "dist").
