[I] Simplify enveloped components used by the Management Console [incubator-kie-issues]

   Most enveloped components used by the Management Console implement a multi-layered abstraction to isolate the ChannelApi code, the "Driver" code, and the GatewayApi code. But, essentially, they are all the same, and this isolation/abstraction is unnecessary and only adds complexity.
   
   This issue targets the enveloped components inside `runtime-tools-process-enveloped-components` and all the code that rely on them in the `runtime-tools-process-webapp-components`, `runtime-tools-management-console-webapp`, and `runtime-tools-process-dev-ui-webapp` packages.
