warning banners added. to apply, simply rename the files in 
mv juddi-gui.war/user/banner.jsp to juddi-gui.war/user/banner.backup.jsp
mv juddi-gui.war/user/demo.jsp to juddi-gui.war/user/banner.jsp

it sets a cookie so you'll see it maybe once a day
