Reconnection timer.

Hi,

On a RDP connection, Guacamole tries to auto-reconnect every 15
seconds without any limitation if server does not answer.

I don't see any parameter to limit this feature (max number of retries
for instance).
(Believe or not , some users are leaving their browser opened when a
server or desktop is down).

Thank you.
PM.

Well, not that much in the mentioned link except a patch dated 2020.
Thank you the info anyway,

By now, maybe a idea would be a script to check the server on a
regular basis and use the api to enable/disable the relevant
connection.

PM.

This issue has come up several times before, and there's a ticket out
regarding that addresses it:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1126

 From this you can see:

(a) how to manually alter the current behaviour, should you wish

(b) that there's a will to implement a timeout that's easily
configurable, but with the current behaviour as the default. It's just
the 'easily configurable' part that's yet to be dealt with.
