the olio is unable to upload images and pdf files

when I running the olio benchmark,
I found that addPerson and addEvent was fail to get the success message
and the application was no error messages

I was reminded that it could be a permission issue,
But I was running the olio application as root,
I think it might not be a permission issue.

The userid used to run the app server needs write permissions to the file store. You can also check if the newly added images exist. Thumbnails for them should also have been created.
