The download page has links to sigs and contains in-line hashes which is good.
However there is no link to the KEYS file which is required for verifying the sigs.
There should be a link to a copy of the KEYS file which is stored on an ASF server, for example http://www.apache.org/dist/tika/KEYS or http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tika/trunk/KEYS
[The copies of the KEYS files on mirrors could potentially be compromised]
