If you open a popup in IE (I use version 6), the popup-background is narrower than the browser-window. Furthermore you can click on elements located on the right or bottom side. The attached screenshot shows this problem.

Hallo Volker,
sorry for the late answer, but we had some trouble using the new release / snapshots because of our tc:attribute-styleClass-Problem. Since this is fixed now here is my answer:
With Version 1.0.10 the problem occured even using the speyside-theme. With the current release (I tried 1.0.11-Preview) the problem is fixed. Thanks.

I can't reprocuce this with current version (1.0.11-SNAPSHOT),
and also not on the onlineDemo (http://85.16.64.90/tobago-example-demo/ (1.0.10-SNAPSHOT)).
Please try with the online demo and current SNAPSHOT version.
If you can't reproduce it there, than this may be a problem in your custom theme?
Try to reproduce this with one of the provided standart themes.
