In choose lay out some options are missing

To verify this issue follow the steps
1.create a data base and create tables
2.then go to reports in wizard view
3.in wizard view assign data form "Field selection" to "Choose lay out"

     In choose lay out it has many options in "Lay out of data" and "Lay out of
headers and footers"(Before installing)


  But after installing the mysql sdbc driver and oracle report builder
in choose layout  the options are not displaying
