 * *On an  Active loan **

*WHEN* an NSF fee is added (specific due date fee) 
*AND* loan got fully repaid on the same day 
*THEN* Fee income is not realised

*Expected behaviour:*
 * The Fee is realised as INCOME when the loan got fully repaid
