> FragmentExecutor.FragmentDrillbitStatusListener discovers that the Foreman died and cancels the fragment which tries to update the Foreman with new CANCELLATION_REQUESTED status. This fails at RPC level. However, this error is not logged nor is it thrown. This just silently happens.
