   It didn't compile because the `http-compatibility-tests` project was disabled. Probably because it didn't make sense to enable it as it was used for  testing compatibility against earlier Akka versions and we didn't have earlier Pekko versions at the time.
   
   https://github.com/apache/pekko-http/pull/986 enables the project, but there's very little code left in it.
   Unless we're planning to use this mechanism more in the future I think it might not be worth keeping around.
