port number ignored?

Hello,

I was just informed by my coworkers, that AxisC (current SVN) ignores
port numbers in end points, i.e. with something like

https://chess.eecs.berkeley.edu:4430/login/

Axis would still connect to port 80.
We can wotk around this with setProxy, but i wonder if this is intentional?

Greetings

Franz

This was only a sloppy cut and paste example.
I think in fact my colleagues tested with http, but i did not check
myself yet.
