### Feature Request / Improvement
As far as I understand accessing an iceberg table located on an S3 bucket with requester pays enabled is not supported out of the box with the S3FileIO implementation.
This can be achieved today by providing a custom implementation of S3FileIOAwsClientFactory or AwsClientFactory however it is a common scenario that could be supported by the introducing a new configuration along with modifying the default s3 client factories.
