Release of 1.4 final

Hi all,

Due to the problems with SSL the 1.4 final will be delayed. We hope to make
the release wednesday 15 th december 2004. The cvs will be retagged a little
later from now and wait for Fred's fixes by tomorrow. If it is not
successful the SSL stuff will be reverted back to a now fixed working 1.4
alpha SSL implementation and 1.4 final will be released with that.
