Recruitment - getting involved!

Hello,
This is Ahmed Aboubakr, software developer from Cairo, Egypt.I am interested in contributing to OpenOffice project, but when I try to subscribe to the recruitment mailing list, I get the email bounced, with a failure notice that this list has moved to volunteer!
So, I hope you provide me with steps to move forward.
