[apache/incubator-teaclave] Possible Improvements on Teaclave's workflow and Document (#516)

### Motivation & problem statement

1. Task audit API is needed
2. Teaclave should be more friendly and accessible to newcomers.

### Proposed solution

1. Add Client API for users to audit a task
2. Add introductive documents about Confidential Computing, TEE, SGX and Teaclave

### Describe alternatives you've considered

I think a simple web interface for user registration/login, file uploading, task creation and auditing can be a intuitive solution.

### Additional context

I'll try to add some introductive references to these concepts.
